There are many reasons which make an internship report important. It will provide basic knowledge for new beginners. This will let them know if they have learnt something new or not or if some mistakes have happened, why and how they happened, how they can improve their mistakes, what they learn from them and how they will perform when they go to a permanent job. An internship report authorizes you to earn initial working experience in the professional world. Moreover, being helpful, allows an intern to get a grip on skills, attain as much as possible the power of knowledge, and last but not the least, the real life working experience which an internee cannot earn in educational institutions. An internship program provides a nice learning curve for students with little experience of the real world. It also gives students the opportunity to reflect on the professional aspects of the internship experience and the skills that were learned. Allow the students and employees to describe the science content of the internship. So we see this form has many advantages and not taking it will also lead to serious problems.
